The Last Drop Off

I don't have the stamina
to ride this roller coaster.
My heart jumped out of my chest
with that last drop off.

I want to yell "stop!"
Need my feet on the ground
but I'm still falling down
from that last drop off.

It was a great ride at first,
ups and downs and all,
we held onto eachother till
that last drop off.

I don't mind a scary ride
the thrills and chills
if I have someone to hold
But I'm falling alone
